Obituary For Doris Williams

Doris Miller Williams ROEBUCK, SC-- Mrs. Doris Miller Williams, 73, peacefully entered rest on December 30, 2015. Doris was the daughter of the late Beauregard and Hannah Todd Miller. She was the widow of Joe W. Williams. Mrs. Williams was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. Left to cherish fond memories are: her children, Dorothy (Leo) Cheeks and Angela W. (Timothy) Williams of Spartanburg, SC, Timothy J. (Barbara) Williams of Moore, SC, Trina (Beautford) Keenon of Roebuck, SC and Rodney E. Williams (Dalphine Brewton); her nieces, reared as her children, Veronica Simpson and Tiffany Ferguson; her sister, Mrs. Elizabeth Smith of the home; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A Celebration of the Life of Doris Miller Williams will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. The Reverend Dr. B. D. Snoddy will officiate. Interment will be in Heritage Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the home, 241 Joe Arthur Drive, Roebuck, SC 29376.

This family has suffered a great loss but in this hard time we will rise and become stronger as one and a family no matter what we may have in life never take for granted cause this day or the next day could be our last. Doris my grandmother was a wonderful person know how to make you mad and happy at the same time stayed with a smile on her face just to make you smile and laugh times with my grandmother will be miss by everyone we love you and now you may rest in peace tell granddaddy we say hello till one day we will all see each other again...
