Obituary For Bobby Martin

Spartanburg, SC - Bobby Lee Martin, 72, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Sunday, January 24, 2016. Mr. Martin was the son of the late Landrum Martin and Clara Rhinehart. He was the husband of Fannie H. Huniecutt. Bobby was a member of Cumming Street Baptist Church. He was employed with Mayfair Mills for over thirty-five years. Left to cherish fond and loving memories are: his devoted wife, Fannie; his loving daughter, Alicia (Tony) Webb of Spartanburg, SC; his cherished grandchildren, Jasmine Webb and Tony Webb, Jr.; his adored sisters, Violet Boyd of Spartanburg, SC, Thelma Dillard and Shirley Ann Martin both of Hampton, VA; and his loving brother, Lionel Martin of Brooklyn, NY. Bobby was preceded in death by a sister, Ella Mae Martin and two brothers, Cornell Martin and Russell Martin. A Celebration of the Life of Bobby Lee Martin will be held on Friday, January 29, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard St., Spartanburg, SC. Bishop Charles J.J. Jackson, III and Dr. Leon C. Rector, Jr. will officiate. Interment will be in the Harrison Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, 299 State Rd., Roebuck, SC. The family will receive friends at the home, 29 Pine Ridge Rd., Spartanburg, SC.

Fannie Ruth, I'm so sorry for your loss. I pray that God gives you and your family the strength, courage and trust you need to get through this tough time.
