Obituary For Reverend Willie Palmer

Reverend Willie Bill Palmer, 93, peacefully entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 3, 2016. He was the widower of Ethelene M. Palmer. Reverend Willie was a member of Hardy Chapel Baptist Church. He retired from Draper Corporation. Left to cherish fond and loving memories are: his three sons, Sylvester (Rita) Palmer of Atlanta, GA, Alvin Ray Palmer and Douglas Edward Palmer both of Spartanburg, SC; his twelve grandchildren; his four great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by two sons, Willie Lee Palmer and Eugene Palmer. A Celebration of the Life of Reverend Willie Bill Palmer will be held on Monday, February 8, 2016 at 12:00 noon at Lewis Chapel Baptist Church, 337 Lewis Chapel Rd., Spartanburg, SC. Reverend Leroy Locklear will officiate. Interment will be on the Good Shepherd Memorial Gardens, 4164 Boiling Springs Rd., Boiling Springs, SC. The family will receive friends at the home, 410 Draymont Dr., Spartanburg, SC.
