Obituary For Elizabeth Sinclair

Spartanburg, SC - Elizabeth Sinclair, daughter of Mose & Ella Bell Crank, was born in York County S.C. on January 17, 1935. On Monday June 20th, 2016, after 81 years, she departed this earthly life peacefully. She lived in many cities from Bronx, New York to Buffalo, New York, Fayetteville, N.C., Dayton, Ohio, Belleville, Illinois, and Charlotte N.C. Elizabeth made lifelong friends wherever she went before settling in Spartanburg S.C. She leaves to cherish fond and loving memories to: her daughter, Angela (Willie) Degraffinreid of Spartanburg, SC; her granddaughter, Alia (Frank) Buckner; her two great grandsons, Emory and Gavin Buckner of Lexington, SC; her siblings, Douglas Crank, Josephine (Bobby) Wallace, Mary Crank and Donnell (Arlene) Crank all of Gastonia, NC, Missouri (Julius) Glover and Barbara Adams of Charlotte, NC, Mozelle Robinson and Jeremiah Crank of Tampa, Florida, Robert (Eula) Crank of Kings Mountain, NC, Ruby Huge of Bronx, NY and Bernice Crank of Mesa, AZ. She was preceded in death by one sister, Dorothy Lewis of Gastonia, NC. A Celebration of the Life of Elizabeth Sinclair will be held on Friday, June 24, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard St., Spartanburg, SC. Interment will be in the Heritage Memorial Gardens, 3901 S. Church St., Roebuck, SC.
