Obituary For Franklin Delano Holloway

Spartanburg, SC - Franklin “Frank” Delano Holloway was born in Spartanburg, SC on March 6, 1941 to the late Louise Holloway Davis and Jack Rush Holloway. On August 15, 2016 he departed this earthly life to enter into eternal rest. He was the widower of Ann Holloway of Bronx, NY. Left to cherish fond and loving memories are: his devoted partner of twenty-seven years, Rachel Nesbitt of Inman, SC; his son, David (Sharon) Holloway of Ahoskie, NC; his daughter, Lisa Holloway of Bronx, NY; his step daughters, Susan (Kenny) Glover and Carolyn Nesbitt both of NY; his step son, Barry (Corra Lee) Nesbitt of Inman, SC; his brothers, Tyrone (Lottie) Davis and Jerome (Patty) Davis of Spartanburg, SC; her grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and dear friends. She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Louise and three brothers, William Earl Bobo, Jack Holloway and Willie Holloway. A Celebration of the Life of Franklin “Frank” Delano Holloway will be held on Sunday August 21, 2016 at 4:00pm at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard St., Spartanburg, SC. Interment will be in the Boiling Springs Memorial Gardens, 4081 Highway 9, Inman, SC.
