Robert Lee Griffin Robert Lee Griffin, 76, beloved husband of Mrs. Frances 'Frankie' J. Davis Griffin, peacefully entered rest on Tuesday, December 20, 2016. A Celebration of the Life of Robert L. Griffin will be held on Saturday, December 24, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, 2911 S. Pine Street Ext., Spartanburg, SC 29302. Pastor James W. Splawn will officiate. Mr. Griffin will lie in state at church from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of the service. Interment will be held in Heritage Memorial Gardens. Final Masonic Rites will be conducted at graveside by Spartan Star Lodge #108. The family will receive friends at the home, 101 Glenrock Street, Spartanburg, SC 29302. J. W. Woodward Funeral Home
