Brother Wilkins an I met in Germany while serving in the U. S. Army. We became life long friends and would talk on the phone often. We would also visit each other from time to time. He was a 'friend that was truly closer than a brother'. I will miss him for all the days I have left on this earth. 'Rest well my brother'.
