On, Friday, April 26, 2024, God called home Joslyn S. Carter- Dodge, peacefully surrounded by family.

Joslyn will have a viewing April 30, 2024, from 10 am to 12 am, followed by a celebration of life at noon, at Steele-Bullock Funeral Home, located at 3950 Turnpike Rd, Portsmouth, Virginia 23701.
