Joyce M. Simmons, 85, of Richmond, died April 29, 2024. Surviving are her husband, Carl G. Simmons, Sr.; daughter, Lisa Leigh; two sons, Charles E. III (Darlene) and Lamont Lewis; four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, seven stepchildren, step sister, other realties and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd., where viewing will be held Thursday, May 9 from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, May 10 in Scott's Chapel. Rev. Grace Toliver, officiating. Interment Pryor Memorial Cemetery on Quioccasin Road.
