Louise Joiner graced this world on September 8, 1946, in Marianna, Florida, born to Hosie and Bertha Lee Clark.

A proud member of the Pinellas County High School Graduating Class of 1965, Louise was deeply involved in the Pinellas County High 1964-1965 Class Reunion Committee, showcasing her dedication to her classmates.

In 2007, she bid farewell to a long-tenure career at The Pinellas County Government.

With Louise, every moment was infused with laughter, dance, and boundless joy. Fondly dubbed the "Life of the Party," she was renowned for her impeccable fashion sense. Louise's passion for floral arrangements and crafting flourished in her Huenique House Plants business.

Above all, she cherished the company of her grandchildren, embodying a spirit of generosity, compassion, and love for her family. Louise's absence leaves a void in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Louise Joiner transitioned peacefully on April 24, 2024, in Clearwater, Florida.

She is predeceased by her parents, Hosie & Bertha Lee Clark, sister, Ruby Wiggins, and brother, Howard Clark and Hayes Wilson
