EUNICE – Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2024 at Greater True Light Baptist Church, 341 Ann Ave., Eunice, LA for Ms. Sarah Jane Ned, 71, who entered eternal rest on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at her residence in Eunice, LA. Interment will be held late in Eunice North Cemetery in Eunice, LA.

Rev. Jermaine Tezeno, Pastor of Greater True Light Baptist Church, will be officiating the funeral service.

Ms. Ned’s memories are being cherished by: her father, Ambros Sam of Eunice, LA; one son, Teddy Charles of Lake Charles, LA; two brothers, Edward (Gwendolyn) Sam of Houston, TX and Archie Brown of Eunice, LA; six sisters, Ruthie Sam, Cynthia Jackson, Brenda Arvie (Carl) and Maudry Brown, all of Eunice, LA, Katina Morris (Lowell) of Baytown, TX and Lashonda Malveaux of Houston, TX; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Lee Ester Jack Sam and her brother, Andrew Sam.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. at Greater True Light Baptist Church.
