Joe L. Scruggs ALEXANDRIA, VA-- Mr. Joe Lewis Scruggs entered rest on April 26, 2017. A Celebration of the Life of Joe Lewis Scruggs will be held on Friday, May 5, 2017 at 12:00 noon at New Faith International Church, 13 Ark Main St., Spartanburg, SC. Dr. Rosavelt Copeland will officiate. Interment will be in the New Jerusalem Baptist Church Cemetery, 188 New Jerusalem Rd., Forest City, NC.
