South Norwalk, CT – Mrs. Early Rose Fernanders Bell, 74, passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2017. A Celebration of the Life of Mrs. Early Rose Fernanders Bell will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2017 1:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel. The Reverend Elbert S. Tillerson, Sr. will officiate. Interment will be in Fernanders Memorial Garden, 1152 Turkey Farm Rd., Chesnee, SC. The family will receive friends at the home of her niece, Sue Copeland, 107 Waddell Rd., Chesnee, SC.
