Funeral service will be held 11AM on Saturday, May 18, 2024 at The Potter's House International Ministries, 5119 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, Florida 32205. Pastor Bartley's remains will rest for visitation of family and friends on Friday, May 17, 2024 from 4-8PM with a Victory Service to be held at 6PM, honoring his life at Impacting Lives Christian Ministries, 3949 Atlantic Boulevard, Jacksonville, Florida 32207.
