Obituary For Timothy Rice, Sr.

Spartanburg, SC – Timothy Rice, Sr., 52, entered eternal rest on Monday, July 10, 2017. A native of Spartanburg County, he was the son of Mrs. Peggy J. Rice and the late Mr. Henry A. rice. He graduated in 1984, at Spartanburg High School; In 1987, he graduated at Spartanburg Methodist College. Mr. Rice was employed at A Plus Pallet Co. LLC. Left to cherish fond and loving memories are: his mother, Mrs. Peggy J. Rice; his daughters, Ms. Tanika Osborne, Ms. Tomyra Osborne and Ms. Takeysha Dawkins; his sons, Mr. Timothy Allen Rice, Jr., Mr. Tarell Ashmore and Mr. Tyler Browning; his sisters, Mrs. Dorothy (Henry) Smith, Mrs. Angela Arledge Rice, Mrs. Wendy Rice, Mrs. Toni Rice, Mrs. Brenda Haywood, Mrs. Loretta Williams and Mrs. Mary Gray; his brothers, Mr. Gerald Rice, Mr. Ronald Rice, Mr. Donald (Tammy) Rice, Mr. Reginald Rice, Mr. Kenneth Rice and Mr. Terrence (Lonette) Rice; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends that were dear to him. A Celebration of the Life of Timothy Rice, Sr. will be held on Monday, July 17, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at The Worship Center, 945 Canaan Rd., Roebuck, South Carolina. The Reverend Clifford E. Dawkins will officiate. Interment will be in Heritage Memorial Gardens, 3901 S. Church St., Roebuck, SC. The family will receive friends at the home, 205 Old Farm Rd., Moore, SC.
