Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 10:00AM from Kingdom Enforcer Worship Center, Bishop Jacequline McLemore, officiating with a burial following in Alabama National Cemetery, Montevallo, AL.

Mr. McCarty will lie in state on Monday, May 20, 2024 at Phillips-Riley Funeral Home from 12-6PM, and at the church one hour prior to services.
