VaShette Davis, 46, of Phenix City, AL passed on Thursday, May 16, 2024 in Phenix City, AL.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. EST, Wednesday, May 29, 2024 in the C.T. Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home. Interment to follow in Ft. Mitchell National Cemetery.

VaShette Shalon Davis was born on August 30, 1977. In Decatur, IL to Charles DeWalt and Brenda Robinson. With her family by her side, VaShette Davis peacefully slipped away to her eternal home in glory on Thursday, May 16, 2024. She had a degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, and Marriage and Family Therapy.

She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, and mother. VaShette is survived by the love of her life, Nelton Davis, married on February 4, 2001, in Charlotte, North Carolina. She worked tirelessly as a mother to her three children, who will miss her dearly. After completing her degrees in 2014, she worked hard to help people with their mental health wherever she went on their family travels with the military. She contributed her time and talent to the community through Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated.

VaShette Davis leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Nelton Davis; two daughters, her son; her father, Charles (Ramona) DeWalt; her mother, Brenda Robinson; and a host of brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
