Obituary For Ms. Dorothy Mae Dogan Hunter

Spartanburg, SC - Dorothy Mae Dogan Hunter, 88, peacefully entered into eternal rest on January 11, 2018. Mrs. Hunter was the daughter of the late Charlie Dogan and Beulah Lindsey Dogan. She was the widow of William O. Hunter. Dorothy was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. She was employed with the Spartanburg County Health Department. A Celebration of the Life of Dorothy Mae Dogan Hunter will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, 445 S. Church St., Spartanburg, SC. The Reverend Dr. Benjamin D. Snoddy will officiate. Burial will be in the Lincoln Memorial Gardens, 2310 Cannons Campground Rd., Drayton, SC. The family will receive friends Friday, January 19, 2018 from 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at The John Stinson Woodward Memorial Chapel, 602 Howard St., Spartanburg, SC.
