Reverend William E. Flippin, Sr., Senior Pastor, Eulogist, Pastor Richard Flippin, Officiating. Interment, Resthaven Cemetery, Decatur, GA. Public Viewing and Visitation will be held at the mortuary Friday, 12:00 NOON until 7:00 P.M.

Kelton leaves to cherish his memories, wife, Mrs. Mysterious “Misty” Howell; his mother, Sandra M. Vaughn; bonus father of 39 years, William C. Vaughn; 5 siblings, Donnell Howell, Jr., Terrance T.
