Funeral service 12:00 p.m. EST, Saturday, June 1, 2024 at St. Peter A.M.E. Church Cemetery, Seale, AL with Rev. Thomas Fortson, officiaiting. Interment to follow in St. Peter A.M.E. Old Church Cemetery. Public viewing Friday, May 31, 2024 from 2 - 5 p.m. EST.

On February 21, 1967, Jimmy Lamar Person, was born to the late Carrie Mae Stinson and the late Lincoln Person.

Jimmy Lamar Person departed this life May 28, 2024, Piedmont Hospital Columbus, Ga. He loved the Lord with his whole heart and trusted him for the plan for his life. He knew the proper time to call him to his heavenly home.

Jimmy is preceded in death by both parents, Carrrie Mae Stinson and Lincoln Person.

Heartfelt precious memories will be forever cherished by his sister, Tracey (Elickku) Person; stepfather, Julius Stinson, Jr.; one son, Antawain Williams, Sr.; one daughter, Lakesha Person Threats; one grandson, Antawain Williams, Jr.; two aunts, Mary Ann Ingram, Diance Ingram; one uncle, Johnny (Mary) Ingram; one nephew, Mykeece Reid; two nieces, Keirra Person and Nyla Person; cousin, Reginal Ingram, Tiesa Ingram, Latanya Ingram, Shedrie Ingram, Johnny (Shanta) Ingram, Jr., Treschieka Phillips, Shermeka Ingram, Vincent (Precious) Collier; one brother, Ron Person and other close relatives and friends.
