Sarah “Jean” Castleberry, age 83 of Highway 308 Clinton, was born July 6, 1935 in Laurens County, to the late Alberta and Jimmy Worthy. She parted this life on earth on Sunday August 5, 2018.

Jean attended Laurens County schools. She attended Zion Hill Baptist Church, Cross Hill SC and Hebron Baptist Church, Clinton SC, during her young years And her final church family at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Chapin SC.

Those sharing love and her precious memories are two daughters: Rhonda Castleberry and Charlene (Curtis) Nance, both of Clinton, SC.; grandchildren: Ronald (Jessica) Castleberry of Clinton, Travius (Shantel) Fisher Sr. of Greer, Towana “Jean” (Grady) Wren of West Columbia, and Tyette (Vincent) Stokes of Clinton; Eleven Great-Grandchildren, Four Great-great grandchildern, and an array of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and family.

The services for Ms. Jean Castleberry were held on Wednesday August 8, 2018 at the Childs Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Cross Hill, SC.
