Pacolet, SC - A Celebration of the Life of Phyllis E. Holt will be held on Thursday, August 23, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at New Salem Zion Baptist Church, 675 Jerusalem Rd., Pacolet, SC. Dr. Larry D. Black will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
