Mr. Rodney Alton Maddox, 51, of Cherryville, NC, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2024 at Atrium Health Main, Charlotte, NC.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 24, 2024, at Hopper’s Chapel Baptist Church at 1:30 p.m. with the reception of family and friends beginning at 12:30 p.m. and all other times the family will be meeting at 255 Poplar Street, Forest City, NC and at 910 Pleasant Drive Apartments #1A and 1B, Shelby, NC.

There will be a viewing at S.T. Enloe Memorial Chapel on Sunday, June 23, 2024, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Burial will be in Sunset Cemetery.
