Graveside service for Emma R. Ogletree, 89, of Auburn, AL, will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at Evergreen Cemetery, 1409 Monroe Avenue, Opelika, AL, 36801, Reverend Jerry Dowdell will officiate.

Mrs. Ogletree, who passed away Saturday, June 22, 2024 at the Bethany House in Auburn, AL was born September 25, 1934, in Lee County, Alabama.

The public viewing will be Monday, June 24, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Her precious memory will forever be cherished by: one daughter, Marjorie (Arthur) Dowdell of Loachapoka, AL; two sons, Eddie (Marzilla) Ogletree of LaGrange, GA and Alfred (Gayle) Ogletree of Tuskegee, AL; five grandchildren, Arthur Dowdell, Jr. of Loachapoka, AL, Earnestine Calloway of Warner Robins, GA, Kim Dowdell of Opelika, AL, Faye Dowdell of Loachapoka, AL and Ashley Ogletree of Phenix City, AL; seven great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
