Johnny Lamont “Mont” Mayfield, 44, of Vale, North Carolina transitioned on Sunday, June 23, 2024 at his residence.

He was born in Lincoln County, North Carolina on February 27, 1980 to Johnnie Mayfield and Ilene Odom Mayfield.

A Memorial Service will be Saturday, July 6, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. in White’s Family Chapel. The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service.
