Obituary

Mr. Jimmy Lee Hails was born to Mr. Jim Hails & Mrs. Alberta Poole Hails on November 30, 1942. Jimmy Lee grew up within the Charleston and Flatwood Area of Montgomery, Alabama.

Jimmy Lee was preceded in death by his parents and nine siblings: Six Sisters: Ms. Oliva, Ms. Annie Lou, Ms. Virginia, Ms. Rosie, Ms. Pinkie and Ms. Ella; Three brothers; Mr. Charles Columbus, Mr. Frank & Mr. Johnny Lee.

He is survived by one daughter, Ms. Angela McGill and one sister, Ms. Willa Ann Hails, both of Montgomery, Alabama.

Two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; eight nephews, eight nieces and a host of other relatives and friends.

Mr. Jimmy Lee Hails, a resident of Montgomery, AL., passed away June 24, 2024. A funeral service will be held Sunday, June 30, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Ross-Clayton Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Kindle Cemetery.
