Elijah “Bro” Harris, a resident of Tuskegee, AL, transitioned to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 23, 2024. Elijah's home-going celebration will be held, Monday, July 15, 2024, at 12:00 noon at Rising Star Missionary Baptist Church, 2603 CR 53, Tuskegee, AL, 36083, Rev. Darrell Wayne Franklin officiating. Interment will follow at the church's cemetery with the staff of E. G. Cummings Memorial Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Sunday, July 14, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Harris will lie in repose one hour prior to the funeral service at the church.
