Jerry Bonner, 67, a longtime resident of Truth or Consequences, passed away on June 23, 2024 in Truth or Consequences, NM. Jerry was born to Richard Bonner and Ponciana Miller on March 4, 1957 in Powell, Wyoming. He moved to Truth or Consequences at a young age and made it his forever home. Jerry graduated from Hot Springs High School in 1975. He was an Eagle Scout. He had certifications in water and wastewater and a degree in Radiology. He retired from the City of Truth or Consequences. He was a member of the Moose Lodge, enjoyed going dancing, playing Bingo and going to the Casino. He also enjoyed watching his favorite football team the Seattle Seahawks.

He is survived by his children: Jared Bonner (Allie), Cassandra Bonner and Nathan Bonner; grandchildren: Andrew and Bailee; siblings: David Bonner, Julie Bonner and Jeffrey Bonner; nieces/nephews: David Jr, Erika, Adrian, Eileen (Marty), Anthony, Trinity, Malaina, Madison, Cameron (Megan) and Cory; Uncles and Aunts and numerous cousins and friends.

Jerry is predeceased by his grandparents- Jacinto and Maria Vasquez; parents, Richard Bonner and Ponciana Miller; brother, Danny Bonner; sister, Debbie Gonzales; aunts: Julia Kinderman and Severiana Padilla; and cousins, Raymond Padilla, Jr., Richard Kinderman and Gilbert Del Rio.

Cremation has taken place and a Graveside Service will be held on Monday, July 15, 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Vista Memory Gardens Cemetery.
