Grace Evelyne Hilliard, 97, of Richmond, died July 30, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mattie Walker Miles. Her husband, Edgar Hilliard, Sr. and nine of her siblings preceded her in death. Surviving are two sons, James L. Hilliard and Edgar Hilliard, Jr., grandson, Jaleel Hilliard (Shatarra Nicole); one great grandson, Isaiah Magnus Hilliard; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Scott's Funeral Home, 115 E. Brookland Park Blvd. where viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 7, 2024.
