Clarence A. Thompson, 65

Clarence A Thompson passed away on August 1, 2024, at home after a brief illness. He was retired from Sonoco Paper Mill and a US Army Veteran. He was proceeded in death by his father Clarence A Thompson Sr., brother Bishop Gary Wright and sister Denise Hall.

Survivors include daughters, LaToya Thompson and Brandee Cobb. Four grandchildren, Cameron, Jordan, Bria and Camorra. Bonus granddaughters, Kimberly Suggs and Alison Ball of Newport, TN. Mother, Betty Thompson, brothers, Chris, Todd, Joey Thompson and Tim Ragland; numerous aunts, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends on Monday, August 12, 2024 from 11-12:00 p.m. with the Celebration of Life Service to begin at 12:00 noon at the Unity Mortuary Chapel.
