Mansur A. Khabir, of Richmond, died July 31, 2024. A Memorial Service will be held 12 noon Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at Maymount Park Entrance, 1001 Spotswood Road, Richmond, VA 23220. Internment private.

The family requests that attendees wear comfortable attire and bring a lawn chair as well.
