A MEMORIAL SERVICE WILL BE HELD AT A LATER DATE

MR. WILLIAM KARL DISQUE, affectionately called "Uncle Billy,” was born October 14, 1954, in Washington, DC to the late Fredrick and Barbara Eusebio Disque, and departed this life August 4, 2024, at VCU-MCV Hospital, Richmond, VA. He was also preceded in death by his sister- Debbie Sue Eagan; his nephew- George Fraley, III, and his great-great-niece, Leai Young.

As a teenager he played baseball with his friends. He was a graduate of Suitland High School, Suitland, MD.

“Uncle Billy,” was employed as a fisherman with Lee Donaldson of the “Bay Lady.”

He later moved to Bracey, VA, where he resided with his devoted niece and nephew, Tracy and James Young and family until his demise.

William loved it when it was time for vacation. He enjoyed traveling with JP5 to Knobles Amusement Park in Elysburg, PA. He also enjoyed his visits with Dion Kemper because he would bring him Aunt Sylvia’s leftovers.

He leaves to cherish his memories: sister- Robin Lee Fraley, Waynesboro, PA; brother- Mark (Bonnie) Disque, Annapolis, MD; God-son, Jacob Disque, Annapolis, MD; devoted caregivers- James and Tracey Young, Bracey, VA; his special caregivers- Delilah and Destanee Young, Bracey, VA and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
