Reverend Mrs. Gloria Jean Phillips Ramseur, 78 formerly of Newton, North Carolina transitioned Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at her residence.

She was born in Catawba County, North Carolina on January 1, 1946 to the late Cleveland Phillips and Vivian Arleen Turner Phillips.

Gloria attended school in Catawba County and she was a member of Word of Power Ministries INC.

Funeral Service will be Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at Living Word Church of Maiden, North Carolina at 12:00 noon. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial is to follow in Southside Cemetery.

A public walkthrough is to be held Monday, August 12, 2024 at the funeral home between 5:30-7:00 p.m.
