Richetta Hawthorne, a resident of Montgomery, AL, passed away on Thursday, August 8, 2024. The funeral service will be held Saturday, August 17, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church, 1142 Rosa L. Parks Ave., Montgomery, AL, 36108, with Pastor S.L. Abner officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery with the staff of E. G. Cummings Memorial Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Friday, August 16, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Ms. Hawthorne will lie in repose one hour before the funeral service at the church.
