Her celebration of life service is 12:00 PM, Saturday, August 31, 2024 at Without Limits Christian Center, 102 Washington Post Road, New Bern.

She is survived by her daughter, Chery Porter, Rochester, NY; sons, Frederick Allen Fair, Niagara Falls, NY and Karl Magwood, New Bern; one brother, Louis Payne, Niagara Falls, NY; three sisters, Bernadine Payne, Atlanta, GA, Mary Payne, Niagara Falls, NY and Jacqueline Payne, Niagara Falls, NY; twelve grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
