CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL JACKSON, son of Cynthea Ann Jackson Gross and Roderick J. Tarter Brooks was born in Baltimore, Maryland.
He began his early education in Baltimore, Maryland until his family moved to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He was a 1991 graduate of the Harrisburg High School, John Harris Campus.
Mikey, as he was affectionately called by family and friends, was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan who enjoyed watching the game and loved football. He was the life to any party.
At the age of 51 years, Christopher Michael Jackson entered into eternal life on Monday, August 12, 2024, at his home in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Skyair Navarro Jackson; his sister, Mikkia A. Dudley-Jackson; his maternal grandparents, Pansy and Jennings Jackson, Sr.; his paternal grandparents, Henry Neal Tarter and Louise Brooks; his uncles, Christopher T. Jackson, Sr. and Neal Brooks; his aunts, Rene Wallace and Lillian Brooks.

Holloway (Yul), Stephanie Stewart, Crystal Brown, Earlanda Holland, Missy Brown, Jodie Kolsovsky, Gwen Brown and Valerie Brooks; his uncles, Eric Tarter, Sr. (Livinia), Marvin Brooks, Myron Brooks (Debbie), Jennings Jackson, Jr. (Sybil), Jeffery J. Stewart and Jerald H. His life will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 in the Sanctuary of Fountain Gate Church, 1419 Derry Street, Harrisburg with viewing and visitation from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. and burial in William Howard Day Cemetery.
