J' Carol Victoria Williams, 44 a native of New Bern, passed Thursday, August 15, 2024, in Durham, NC.

A Celebration of Life service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, August 30, 2024 at West Street Christian Church.

J' Carol is survived by her parents, J. J. Williams and Carol Williams of New Bern; spouse, Toni Blue, Durham; brothers, Davon Williams, Raleigh and Bennie Williams, New Bern; sisters of the heart, La'Shonda Jackson May and Shamieka Jackson of New Bern a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

The family will receive friends at 2906 Moore Avenue, New Bern.
