Elder Lashawn Marshall, 56, passed Saturday, August 24, 2024 in Columbus, GA.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. EST on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Mind of Christ Ministries located at 3007 Clover Lane, Columbus, GA with Dr. James Tucker, pastor and Evangelist Linda Holloway, eulogist. Public viewing is 12:00-5:00 p.m. EST on Friday, September 6, 2024.

Lashawn Denise Marshall was born on March 10, 1968, at the Medical Center in Columbus, Georgia, to Evangelist Linda F. Holloway Dea and the late Donald Perry. Affectionately known as Nicey, she graduated from Shaw High School. Lashawn devoted her life to Christ at a young age and served Tabernacles Missionary Baptist Church INC. in various roles, including usher, choir member, and Sunday school secretary. She later joined The Mind of Christ International under Dr. James Tucker's leadership, where she was ordained as a minister, demonstrating her passion for the Lord and people.

Her legacy lives on through her mother, Evangelist Linda F. Holloway of Columbus, GA; sister, Yolanda Perry Edwards; brothers, James Holloway Jr. and Melvin Holloway; sons, Kerby Perry and Dominique Perry; daughter, Alexis Marshall; granddaughters, Haley Brooks, Paris Johnson, and Nevaeh Perry; nephew, Elijah Perry; nieces, Enquartia Starr, Saletta Perry, and Cierra Starr; a host of great nieces and nephews; godmother, Evangelist Patricia Banks; aunt, Sis Lillie Byrd; and uncles, Dea. Jesse Warren and Bro. Johnny (Jackie) Warren.
