Joe Perry, 81 of Memphis, Tennessee died on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at Saint Francis Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

Born Thursday, March 11, 1943 in Memphis, Tennessee, he was the son of the late D C Perry and the late Doris Lester Perry. He was the husband of Carla Forman Perry.

He served as a SP4 in the Army from 1967 until 1969. He was a Veteran of Vietnam.

The family will receive friends Saturday, August 31, 2024 from 10:00am-10:55am with a Celebration of Life to follow at 11:00am both will be held at Mt Olive Cathedral CME Church 538 Martin Luther King Ave Memphis, Tennessee 38126.

Interment will be Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 11:00am in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, 4000 Forest Hill Irene Road, Memphis, TN 38125.
