Randall Howard Turner, 64 of Bowie, TX, passed away with loved ones surrounding him, Thursday, August 29th, 2024.
A memorial service will take place at 2:00PM on Saturday, September 14th, 2024, at the White Family Funeral Home in Bowie, Texas.
Randall was born on April 25, 1960, in Ozark, Arkansas to Elmer “Howard” and Virginia (Cox) Turner. He was a high energy man who had success in many occupations. He founded and ran Turner’s Automotive in Alvarado, TX for many years. In 2003 he moved to Bowie, TX. There, he worked as groundskeeper and plaque specialist at Pine Hill Cemetery until his retirement in 2022. After retirement, he spent his time with his family, took pride in maintaining his home, and explored multiple hobbies.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Randall is survived by his wife Tavia Turner of Bowie; daughter, Brandy Bouton and husband Chuck of Grandview; son, Joshua Turner and wife Kirsten of Bowie; daughter, Tamran Betts and husband Payton of Bowie; step daughter, Kaylee Maddoux and husband Wesley of Tyler; step daughter, Alyssa Halter of Wichita; his grandchildren, Kayla, Bradley, Trent, Evelyn, Gavin, Mosley, Lane, Rowen, Aspen, and Alice; his great-grandchild, Karson; he is also survived by a sister, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Randall’s life was a testament to his hard work, dedication, and the selfless love he had for his family and friends. He was always thinking of others before himself, both in actions and words.
