Pamela Elaine Martin Tyler was born September 18, 1960, in Augusta, Ga., to the parents of Horace and Eleanor Martin.

At an early age, she gave her life to Christ. She was an active member of Temple of Faith Ministries until God called her home. Pam was a people person and was extremely outgoing and caring. This was reflected by her employment with Walton Rehabilitation Center as an Assistant Dietician where she served faithfully for thirty-four years. Pamela was a 1978 graduate of Westside High School.

Pamela is survived by her husband of thirty-seven years, Roy Tyler; daughter, Christina Tyler, goddaughter, Princess Evans; brother, Kenneth (Delois) Martin; brothers-in-law, James (Rosita) Tyler, Milledge Tyler, Henry (Inez) Tyler, Fred Tyler, Lee Roy Tyler; sisters-in-law; Polly (William) Tyler-Sawyers, Eula (Lonnie) Roland, Margaret (Derrick) Tyler Hanon; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be 3:00 pm, Saturday, September 7, 2024, at New Zion Hill Baptist Church, 3237 Deans Bridge Road. The family will receive friends Friday from 4pm to 6pm at Kinsey & Walton Funeral Home, 3618 Peach Orchard Road. (706) 790-8858
