Mr. Foster Jones of Augusta, Ga., husband to the late Frances L. Jones, entered into rest Thursday, September 5, 2024, in Augusta University Health Care.

Mr. Jones was retired Army Master Sergeant and three tour Decorated Vietnam Veteran.

He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Jones and mother, Willie Mae Jones; three sisters and four brothers.

Foster is survived by his daughter, Vernice D. Jones of Jacksonville, Fl., four stepchildren, four grandchildren: brother, Robert W.E. Jones of Augusta and a host of nieces and nephews.
