Sandra Ann Dowell-Otey Nashville, TN Age 67, passed away June 24, 2016 after fighting a long hard battle. She was preceded in death by son, David Dowell, mother, father, grandmother and nephew. She is survived by devoted sister, Eva Elaine Brown, brothers, Michael and John(Tequita) Christmon, godson, Walter Patton many other relatives and friends.
