He was preceded in death by his father, Jessie Lee Jones; brother, Dwight Jones; grandfathers, Woodrow Walker and Sterling Jones, Sr.; grandmothers, Icelean Walker and Junetta Jones. He is survived by wife of 29 years, Shelia Brigham Jones; children: Justin Jones, Jessica (Tony) Johnson, & Jonathan Jones; mother, Minnie Jones Gordon; grandmother, Mary Louise Walker; siblings: Linda (Frank) Walls, Patricia Gail Key, Rosemary Jones, Sheila (Eddie) Johnson, Jacqueline Jones, Betty (Victor) Jones-Collins; Percillia Jones, Sandra (Maynard) Sullivan, brothers: Jessie Earl Jones, Dennis Jones, Sterling (Belinda) Jones; parents-in-love: James & Elizabeth Brigham, a host of other relatives and beloved friends.
