To the Rucker Family We are sorry to hear about the passing of Annie Rucker. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family. May all take comfort from this promise where God assures all that He would soon restore the lives of our departed love ones. (John 5:28-29) Our Creator understands that many would have doubt in this arrangement. So to help us to have strong faith in this resurrection promise, He has preserved nine accounts that not only provide us with true comfort, but to build us our faith in Him. Here is just one such account recorded at Luke 7:11-17. Why not take the time to examine the verses to see how they would apply to Annie, as God uses His great powers to restore Him back to life. Yes what a great day this will be when our love ones like Annie hears the call from God and stands up in life again. So for now keep this promise of God at heart all the time. Remember that when God makes a promise it becomes a reality. For God does not lie.(Titus 1:2)

I want to express my sincerest sympathy to the Rucker family because of losing Annie in death. I know Annie has left you with many precious memories and will be greatly missed. When our loved ones fall asleep in death, the pain and grief seems unbearable. Our loving God Jehovah (Psalm 83:18) understands how we feel and he comforts us by means of his word the Bible. Psalm 34: 18 tells us: 'Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit.' Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection. (John 5:28, John 6:40 and John 11:25) Also, Titus 1: 2 tells us this promise of a resurrection: 'is based on a hope of the everlasting life that God, who cannot lie, promised long ago.'
