To the Lewis Family We are sorry to hear about the passing of Lanese Lewis. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. Yes what a difficult time period this is for all. Today we share your pain in that we all have lost someone in death.. We are all a part of God's earthly family, so when you grieve, we will all grieve together. We also look forward to the time when we will also rejoice together. This will be made possible because of the promise from God about the restoring of life back to those who have died.(John 5:28-29) We know that there was great love for Lanese Lewis. She had traits that moved others to want to be around her. If we saw those good traits, God has saw them too. So as the scriptures show, God has a desire, or longing or yearning to restore His earthly subjects life back to them, and He will.(Job 14:14-15) No these are not my words, but God's personal promise to all, especially for those who are grieving the lost of a family member or friend. To help us to have strong confidence in this promise, He has preserved at least nine accounts in the bible that speaks about this grand arrangement. Here is just one such example recorded at Acts 9:36-42. May we please encourage all to read the account. Yes see how the text applies to Lanese Lewis, and billions of others, who will have their lives restored back to them by God. Yes allow the scriptures to provide all with true comfort from God. Today we clearly understand your great sadness. But remember that God is the source of all life. He is the only one that can restore life and He will. For it is impossible for God to lie.(Titus 1:2)

My family wishes to convey our deepest condolences for the loss of your dear loved one. The Bible offers comfort with the promise that soon 'death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.' (Revelation 21:4) May this promise bring you comfort in this time of great loss.
