Walter Lewis Fields, Jr. Nashville, TN Departed this life on April 9, 2017. He was born October 23, 1933 in Nashville, TN. He was the third child born to Walter Sr. and Pauline Fields. Walter was raised in East Nashville. He graduated from Pearl High School and received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in sociology from Tennessee State University. Survived by: wife of 62 years Hazel. Children; Walter III, William 'Mike' (Greta), Jeffrey (Kimberly), Darren (Deartrest). Sisters; Pauline Jenkins and Laura Evans. Sister-in-Law; Sandra Pointer Grandchildren; Lauren, Alisha, Lindsey, Jason, Kalon, Walter IV, and Michael Alan Fields. Nieces and Nephews; Nedra Molette, Marva (Fred) Wells, Andrea (Cecil) Trice, Marvin (Pamela) Evans, Michael (Cynthia) Evans, Kimberly(Richard) Hemmings, and Debra Brock. Great Nieces and Nephews; Maya and Michaela Evans, Ariane(Jonathan) Grant, Brandon Molette, Jessica and Chelsea Trice, Ariel, Alex, and Alissa Wells. Extended Family; Elmore and Judy Jordan, Lonnie and Walretta Chandler, and many more.
