We deeply feel for your loss. At times, there isn't much that can soothe the pain this grief brings, but you may find some comfort in the words of Psalms 9:9 which reads: 'Jehovah will become a secure refuge for the oppressed, A secure refuge in times of distress.' Yes, our Loving God can help if we allow him to (1John 5:14). He also has made the SURE promise of a resurrection right here on earth, when it is restored to a Paradise (Acts 24:15; Psalms 37:9-11,29). I know Michael and the Lowe family and friends have saddened hearts because of losing Ms. Rebecca recently in death. So I want to share beautiful scripture where our heavenly Father, Jehovah God (Psalm 83:18), promises us that he is going to do away with man's greatest enemy, death. Rev. 21: 4; 'And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.' When our loved ones fall asleep in death, the pain and grief seems unbearable. Our loving God, Jehovah understands how we feel and he comforts us by means of his word the Bible. .' Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief. I know it will do the same for you. John 17:3 God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matt. 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises including the resurrection. (John 5: 28, John 6:40, John 11:23-25) Isaiah 26:19 'Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life.' Isaiah 25:8 'He will swallow up death forever.
