To the family, I am so sorry for your loss. During this sad time, please take comfort in the Bible's positive message. In it, our Heavenly Father assures us of his loving support in times of grief, and he promises to end tears and death permanently (Psalm 34:18 and Revelation 21:3,4). In the days ahead, may these scriptures provide a measure of comfort for your family. For more comforting thoughts, please visit jw.org. Take care.

Praying for the family. Granny Vera was a great person. I had the honor of working with her at Tom Joy Headstart in Nashville, TN. She was my GRANNY VERA. Thanks for the memories,

We deeply feel for what you and the family are going through. At times, there isn't much that can soothe the pain this grief brings, but you may find some comfort in the words of Psalms 9:9 which reads: 'Jehovah will become a secure refuge for the oppressed, A secure refuge in times of distress.' Yes, our Loving God can help if we allow him to (1John 5:14). He also has made the SURE promise of a resurrection right here on earth, when it is restored to a Paradise (Acts 24:15; Psalms 37:9-11,29). No, not just a dream, but for a certainty he will do it, for Isaiah 55:11 shows us that everything he says, he accomplishes without fail. You can find out more online at JW.ORG
