Mrs. Swindell Johnson Curtain, 76, returned home to be with GOD September 17, 2024. She was born in Gibson, NC.

Swindell graduated from HP Central and received her degree from NC A&T. She was the widow of Harold Curtain.

Swindell was survived by her 3 children, a multitude of grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held Friday, September 27, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at New Bethel Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Carolina Biblical Gardens. The family will receive friends at the church from 12:30 p.m. until 1:00 p.m.
